    Lunch & Dinner Tasting Menus at ARTIFACT

    Defined as a handmade object, or the remains of one, ARTIFACT takes pride in the craftwork that goes into the construction of each tasting menu. Celebrating the history and decadence of caviar in all its forms, ARTIFACT is now offering a lunch menu priced starting from HK$688+10% per person and dinner menu from HK$1,288+10% per person.

     

    For lunch, guests may add on +HK$488 for an additional heaping of caviar per applicable course. The four-course set begins with appetisers of Miso-Cheese-Baerii and Polmard-Kosho-Ossetra, followed by a choice of entrée among Chawanmushi with Ebisu oyster and Ossetra caviar, Obsiblue Prawn with ginger orange ponzu and oyster, and Beef Tartare with tapioca and nori. For your main, choose between courses of Kinmedai with kabu and Ossetra caviar, Wagyu with nasu eggplant and maitake, along with a traditional gohan (rice) and tamago (egg) to accompany the meal. Finish the set with a seasonal dessert, and upgrade the meal with a 3-glass wine pairing priced at +HK$388 or non-alcoholic pairing at +HK$288.

     

    For dinner, savour a contemporary 10-course tasting menu with the option of adding on extra caviar throughout the meal for +HK$788. The menu highlights dishes such as Negitoro with dashi and Kaluga caviar, Cultured Cream with rakkyo green onion and Ossetra caviar, Carabineros with smoked nori cream and Kristal caviar, and Brioche with nori and caviar, among other delectable courses. Guests may add on a 5-glass wine pairing for +HK$688 or non-alcoholic pairing for +HK$388.

    ARTIFACT’s carefully curated wine list spans an international selection of Champagnes, rosés, whites and reds, available to sip by the glass or by the bottle. The smoky and vibrant R.H. Coutier Brut Tradition Grand Cru, Ambonnay or fruity Michel Gonet Blanc de Noir provides the perfect bubbly start to ARTIFACT’s caviar tasting menu, while rosé drinkers will revel in the biodynamic finesse of Gérard Bertrand Côte des Rose, Languedoc, France. White wines include a lush, round and delicate Dönnhoff, Riesling Kabinett, Nahe, Germany, fruity and herbaceous Livio Felluga Friulano Friuli Colli Orientali, Friuli, Italy, and sweet and creamy Bread & Butter, Chardonnay, Napa Valley, USA, among others. Red wines feature medium-bodied Pinot Noir such as Domaine Vincent Girardin, Volnay, 1er Cru Les Pitures, Burgundy, France and fleshy, luscious and full-bodied varieties such as Château Latour-Martillac Pessac-Léognan Rouge, Graves, Bordeaux, France.
