• Agustin Balbi to host Chef Christian Bau of 3-starred Victor’s Fine Dining for 3 nights only

     

    The HAKU x Victor’s Fine Dining collaboration menu will feature a harmony of innovative Japanese and modern European flavors. During his guest stint, Chef Bau will take advantage of fresh produce from nearby Japan to craft new surprises. Starting with his signature “Japanese Waffle”, new dishes include in-season Kinmedai grilled with heart of Palma, and A4 Kumamoto kuro-wagyu with Kyoto eggplant. From Chef Balbi, expect similarly top-line Japanese produce such as Tarabagani (King Crab), Hotate (Scallop) from Hokkaido, and fresh strawberries from Arai combined with Malaga wild strawberries.
