After their sold-out collaboration in Hong Kong, Chef Antimo Maria Merone of one MICHELIN-starred Estro now joins Chef Tam Chudaree of Baan Tepa in Bangkok for a two-night culinary dialogue — where Italian heritage meets Thai creativity.
Born in Naples and celebrated for his modern interpretation of Neapolitan cuisine, Chef Antimo brings his soulful and progressive approach to Baan Tepa’s kitchen. Together with Tam’s creative interpretation of Thai traditions, the two chefs will craft an exclusive menu that brings two culinary worlds into conversation.
