BluHouse introduces a range of new dishes, including the Pantesca (HK$198) featuring confit bluefin tuna, French beans, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and red onion, celebrating Mediterranean simplicity. The Vitello Tonnato (HK$208) presents cold-roasted veal slices topped with a creamy tuna, anchovy, and caper sauce, a classic Piedmontese dish harmonizing land and sea.
Among the new additions are four Roman style pizzas, such as the Pizza Gamberi E Zucchine (HK$108 per slice) combining king prawns with burrata and zucchini on a crisp Roman slice. Mezze Maniche ai Frutti di Mare (HK$298) is a seafood lover’s delight with prawns, squid, mussels, clams, and octopus in a lobster-tomato sauce. Rigatoni alla Carbonara (HK$208) is prepared Roman-style with guanciale, Pecorino Romano, and egg yolk for a creamy texture and peppery finish.
Additionally, four new main courses are introduced, like the Oxtail Stew (Coda alla Vaccinara) (HK$328), a rich Roman classic with slow-braised oxtail simmered in red wine and dark chocolate. The Black Cod Fish (Merluzzo alla Romana) (HK$288) is delicately braised with sweet onion, cherry tomato, raisins, and white wine, rooted in Roman tradition. For dessert, enjoy the Pistachio & Chocolate Panna Cotta (HK$118), a pistachio-infused panna cotta with chocolate, and the Romana Tart (Crostatina Ricotta e Visciole) (HK$108), a traditional Roman treat filled with sheep’s ricotta and sour cherries in a buttery crust.
Set lunch is also available at BluHouse from Monday to Friday, from 1130am – 400pm at HK$348 + 10% per guest only including a three-course set lunch.
