After 12 remarkable years, one MICHELIN-starred Duddell’s is entering an exciting new chapter. From 7 July to 7 August 2025, the Central Cantonese institution will pause service for a 30-day renovation led by renowned Hong Kong designer André Fu—its first major revamp since opening in 2013. The transformation goes beyond aesthetics, aiming to deepen Duddell’s commitment to modern Cantonese dining through refined interiors, immersive experiences, and an all-new cocktail menu debuting in its reimagined salon.
Since its launch in the historic Shanghai Tang Mansion, Duddell’s has welcomed over 600,000 guests—including global icons like Victoria Beckham and Nicolas Cage—and earned a loyal following for signature dishes like Crispy Fried Chicken, Honey-Glazed Barbecued Pork, and Crispy Local Beef Brisket under Chef Chan Yau Leung. With consistent MICHELIN recognition and a presence on Asia’s top dining lists, the refreshed Duddell’s will reopen on 8 August with renewed energy and elevated offerings. Guests can follow @duddellshk for exclusive previews—and in the meantime, visit Duddell’s’ Hong Kong Airport location for a taste of what they’ve been missing.
