On 2nd August, Chef Chan Yau Leung and his team at Duddell’s will travel to Singapore to present a special cross-hands lunch and dinner at one MICHELIN-starred Summer Pavilion inside Ritz-Carlton Millennia Singapore led by Hong Kong Chef Cheung Siu Kong.
Offering a menu of expertly crafted Cantonese dishes, lunch will be priced at SG$238 for 6 courses, and dinner will be priced at SG$338 for 8 courses. Highlights of the Duddell’s x Summer Pavilion collaboration will include Supreme Soup with egg and white truffle paste thickened with corn starch, Spotted Grouper with 20 years huadiao, egg white, gold leaf and French onions, and Pork Belly served with South African 7-heads abalone, tangerine peel, and sugar snap peas, among other dishes.
