• A brand new lunch and dinner menu at The Baker & The Bottleman

    The Baker & The Bottleman, the two-storey Wan Chai destination, unveils a fully reimagined menu across lunch, all-day dining and dinner at its upstairs restaurant. Marking a new chapter for the neighbourhood favourite, the refreshed offering introduces all-new dishes across every service period, reinforcing the restaurant’s modern European identity while remaining approachable, seasonal and ingredient-led.

    Led by Head Chef Jake Bennett and Chris Ma, the revamp brings renewed focus to comfort-driven cooking with thoughtful technique, playful flavours and produce-forward plates, designed to suit everything from relaxed weekday lunches to convivial evening dining.

    New Lunch & All-Day Menu, Tailored by Time of Day
    The restaurant’s new Lunch and All-Day menus share the same lineup of dishes, with service times adjusted to suit weekdays and weekends.

    • Weekday Lunch Menu– Served Monday to Friday, 12pm – 2:30pm
    • All-Day Menu– Served on weekends and public holidays only from 10am – 4:00pm

    Starting from 1st February, the all-day menu will be available daily from 1000am – 400pm. Guests can choose from flexible set-style combinations, designed for different appetites:

    • Light Lunch(HK$168) – One main, one side, one drink
    • Midday Meal(HK$208) – One main, two sides, one drink
    • Full Feast(HK$248) – One main, two sides, one drink, one giant cookie

    The refreshed menus introduce all-new, comfort-driven dishes, from poached chicken salad, smoked salmon benedict and the signature fish burger to pappardelle with nduja chilli ragù, with steak frites available as a hearty add-on. A selection of seasonal sides and sweet finishes led by the signature Valrhona chocolate cookie round out lunch and all-day dining. From 6pm, an entirely new à la carte dinner menu designed for sharing features small plates, generous mains and centrepiece dishes such as grilled turbot and tomahawk pork chop, alongside classic British desserts and a refreshed cocktail and wine list, reaffirming The Baker & The Bottleman as a warm, all-day neighbourhood dining room.
