Grand Majestic Sichuan has launched a new weekend brunch inspired by the vibrant shao kao (barbecue) restaurants of Chengdu. Priced at HK$588 + 10% per guest, the experience begins with an array of cold and hot Sichuan appetisers, from Sichuan peppercorn jellyfish and chilli oil pork wontons to hot and sour tofu, before moving into the main event: large-format barbecue-inspired dishes. Guests can choose from wok-seared whole calamari, garlic butter tiger prawns, spiced fish collar, chilli salt three yellow chicken, or premium options such as Sichuan grilled ribeye and cumin lamb chops. Unlimited Sichuan favourites including Mapo Tofu, Fish Fragrant Eggplant, egg fried rice and chilled noodles complete the feast. Available every Saturday, Sunday and public holiday from June onwards.
