Grand Majestic Sichuan introduces a new Weekend Brunch inspired by Sichuan Shao Kao (烧烤), bringing the smoky, spicy flavours and convivial atmosphere of Chengdu’s barbecue restaurants to Hong Kong. Available every Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday, the brunch is priced at HK$588 + 10% per guest.
The experience begins with unlimited cold and hot appetisers, including Sichuan Peppercorn Jellyfish, Firecracker Crispy Tofu and Chilli Oil Pork Wontons, before guests choose a flame-forward main such as Whole Calamari, Spiced Fish Collar, Garlic Butter Tiger Prawns or Chilli Salt Three Yellow Chicken. Premium options include Sichuan Grilled Beef Steak (+HK$88) and Spiced Cumin Lamb Chops (+HK$88).
Unlimited Sichuan sides including Mapo Tofu, Fish Fragrant Eggplant, Egg Fried Rice and Sichuan Chilled Noodles complete the experience.
