Écriture presents a new gourmet takeaway menu designed to enjoy in the comforts of home.      From the meat and seafood category, choose from Brittany Blue Lobster (HK$750) served as a fricassee with vin jaune, green asparagus from Provence and Noir Mutier potatoes; 12-hours confit Pyrenees Lamb Shoulder (HK$750) with dauphinois gratin, perfect for 2-4 persons to share; oven-roasted Bresse Chicken (HK$998) served with truffled mashed potatoes; and Plouneour Menez Pigeon (HK$400) complemented by grilled maitake mushroom and raspberries. Add an order of Chef Maxime’s freshly baked Sourdough Bread (HK$110), which comes with a block of salted Bordier butter.

Finish an exquisite home meal with your choice of dessert, including Chef Maxime’s interpretation of Kouign-Amann (HK$70), a sweet and flaky layered pastry native to Brittany; a Classic French Flan (HK$70) served with Madagascan vanilla; and French Gariguette (HK$90) strawberry tart with crème legere.

“During these especially challenging times for restaurants, we decided to come up with a way to continue doing what we love while also making our valued customers feel at ease,” says Chef Maxime Gilbert. “We are learning to adapt and try new things to overcome this pandemic together.”
