Moo-Lah by Born & Bred, the Korean dining venture in Hong Kong, is now fully managed by Born & Bred Korea, introducing a completely new all-day menu centered on premium 1++ Hanwoo beef. Founded in 1978 by Jung Sang Won in Seoul’s historic Majang-dong meat district, Born & Bred brings over 40 years of expertise to Moo-Lah, showcasing heifers aged 24–36 months prized for their marbling, tenderness, and rich flavor.
