Croissant Toast, a new exclusive in Hong Kong

Coinciding with its opening, the H Queen’s Flagship will be launching a new creation Croissant Toast. The Croissant Toast comes with a sweet and a savory option. It is packaged individually to be served at home. Customers are suggested to cut the bread into three thick slices, enjoy them as it is or heat them up and eat the toast directly to fully enjoy its wonderful aroma. They can also add various toppings to their taste, making it a satisfying meal for the morning or afternoon.

    Sea Salt Croissant Toast ($45)

The British sea salt accentuates the croissant’s buttery fragrance. The dough is folded to form 81 layers and then baked into the usual rectangular shape. It reveals the classic beehive pattern of a croissant once sliced.

    Maple Croissant Toast ($48)

The natural maple syrup gives the croissant toast a deep, mellow sweetness. The team uses its exceptional skills to form the toast into a cylindrical shape. Its flaky exterior brilliantly contrasts the tender core.

Besides the aforementioned items, Dang Wen Li’s H Queen’s Flagship will continue to offer freshly baked bread and pastries every day. In addition, more new, exclusive items will soon be announced. All of them make the bakery a great spot to pick up breakfast or to have a casual rendezvous over a light lunch or desserts.
