La Rambla introduces a family-friendly Easter Brunch feast

This April, La Rambla by Catalunya celebrates Easter – also known as Resurrection Sunday or “Pascua de Resurreccion”—with a Catalan-inspired brunch feast for the whole family. Featuring jet-fresh seafood and Easter specials that are available exclusively on 3 & 4 April 2021, Pascua de Resurrection promises family-friendly fun with plenty of Easter activities to keep the little ones occupied.

Priced at HK$780+10% per person, HK$390 for kids aged 8-12, and complimentary for kids aged 7 or below, Pascua de Resurrection begins with a selection of traditional cold and hot tapas served to the table. La Rambla’s famous paellas are made to order, and include seasonal flavours of De Cerdo Iberico Pork Belly, De Marisco Tiger Prawns, Clams & Calamari, and a vegetarian option of Setas & Esparragos Grilled Green Asparagus & Seasonal Mushrooms.

Anticipated Easter Specials by Executive Chef Ferran Tadeo include 3XL Butterflied Spanish Red Prawn grilled to perfection in the Josper oven, along with Traditional Suckling Pig roasted in La Rambla’s signature Segovian style and served with Catalan-style spinach. Easter Brunch continues with a selection of 1 seafood main course to enjoy between 2 people, with choices including Josper-Grilled Seabass with olive oil, salt & pepper, Bacalao a la Catalana traditional cod stew, and Grilled King Salmon with sofrito sauce.

Save some space for an assortment of Chef Ferran’s enticing Easter treats for dessert, served directly to the table. Churros with traditional chocolate dip is also available to order for a supplemental charge of HK$110.
