Introducing New Keto Burnt Cheesecakes at The Cakery

The Cakery introduces a new range of its very own Burnt Cheesecakes that are keto-friendly, low-carb and without added sugar – all without compromising on the cakes’ legendary decadence. There are four new flavors of Keto Burnt Cheesecake available to choose from, including Plain (HK$58), a simple yet utterly irresistible classic loved by all, and Matcha (HK$60), created with matcha powder from Uji, a region in Japan that is known for producing the finest matcha in the world. The light bitterness of matcha balances the rich, melting texture of cheesecake to provide the perfect mouthful. The aromatic Raspberry Rose (HK$60) adds an enticing sourness from raspberries that blends well with the cake’s sweet and creamy decadence, while Earl Grey (HK$60) brings out the heartwarming flavors of a cozy cuppa.

With its creamy interior and iconic caramelization on top, the world-famous Burnt Cheesecake was originally introduced in Spain’s Basque Country in 1990. The rustic cake gained popularity for its rich, custardy center and “burnt” exterior that was later adapted in delicious myriad forms around the world from New York to Tokyo.

Introducing New Chestnut Desserts, Customizable Cakes and Vegan Cookies

The Cakery now offers new chestnut-themed guilt-free desserts, including the Mont Blanc (HK$65), another new addition to The Cakery’s vegan tart family. In an eye-catching display, vermicelli-like strings of sweetened chestnut puree are piled high atop a chocolate tart base. A new chestnut-inspired dessert for cupcake lovers, the Chestnut Cocoa Cupcake (HK$45) boasts a moist, chocolate-based vegan cupcake topped with a mountain of chestnut cream. Finally, the new dairy-free Gambit (HK$780) features a light and springy chiffon cake soaked in rum, topped with chessboard-like crisscrossing chestnut cream.

The Cakery debuts Pandora Box (HK$1,280), a stunning new cake that is customizable with any existing cupcake flavor. The vibrant red box-shaped cake is cleverly designed to appear as if it is bursting to the brim with colorful berries and flowers.

The Cakery also introduces three vegan cookie flavors that are now available to purchase individually, following rave reviews from the Christmas cookie sets. Chunky, buttery, and with just the right amount of sweetness, The Cakery’s famous vegan cookies take on a distinctly American style of thick, soft-baked cookies. The crowd-favorite flavors include Nutty Cocoa (HK$50) with white chocolate and oozing fresh peanut butter, Cocoa Pecan (HK$50) with the heavenly pairing of pecans and chocolate, and the best-selling Raspberry Blanc (HK$50), with a sour and fruity surprise factor that makes it oh-so-addicting to munch on.
