The Diplomat x Yardbird Present: The Broken Hearts Club
Yardbird, which needs no introduction as the modern Japanese izakaya recently awarded with one Michelin star, will be taking over The Diplomat for one day only. Yardbird’s own Chef Matt Abergel has created a bespoke Kushiage Free Flow Menu available all day long at The Diplomat, accompanied by Sunday’s Whisky highballs and free-flowing Diplomat American Pale and Brooklyn Defender IPA.
Tickets are limited to maximum 2 per order, and guests can rest assured that all Covid-19 dining regulations will be upheld throughout the event. General admission is priced at HK$500 per person, and includes Chef Matt’s kushiage menu, free-flow American Pale and Defender IPA, and 1 token for a Sunday’s Whisky Highball.
The VIP ticket is priced at HK$800 per person, with additional access to Social Club featuring a private DJ. The VIP experience includes Chef Matt’s kushiage menu, and free-flowing Sunday’s Whisky highballs, American Pale, Defender IPA and Pol Roger Champagne. Guests can choose between two sessions, from 2pm-4pm or 4pm-6pm.
