La Rambla introduces Year of the Ox inspired La Subasta Del Buey Brunch & Valentine’s Day set menus

Year of the Ox Chinese New Year Brunch (13^th – 14^th February)

The limited-time Chinese New Year Brunch Menu pays homage to the Year of the Ox, with the name “La Subasta del Buey”, which means “the auction of the ox” in Spanish. With a strong focus on beef dishes such as the Spanish Tenderloin Sando, Spanish Beef Skewer, Wagyu Beef Cheek Paella and more, the brunch menu features an unlimited selection of tapas to start, followed by four types of shared tapas served to the table. The feast continues with a choice of seasonal paella, and jet-fresh options from the “seafood market”. Pick your favourite cut of premium Spanish beef from the Butcher’s Corner, then indulge in an array of shared Spanish desserts to conclude.

Available on 13^th & 14^th February only, the Chinese New Year Brunch Menu is priced at HK$780+10% per adult, HK$390+10% for children aged 8-12 and complimentary for kids under the age of 7 or below. Chinese New Year Takeaway / Delivery Dinner Sets for 2 /4 / 8 Guests

With the current COVID-19 dinner restrictions in place, La Rambla by Catalunya has prepared an unforgettable private home dining experience this Chinese New Year with new takeaway sets to be shared by groups of two (HK$1,050), four (HK$2,800), and eight (HK$4,800) guests. Highlights of the set menus include modern Spanish dishes such as Truffle Bikini, Chef Ferran’s signature Avocado Lobster, Jamon Croquetas, Aragon Rack of Lamb, Red Prawn Squid Ink Paella, Traditional Suckling Pig, and traditional ‘Xurros’ dessert, among tasty delights.

On the most romantic day of the year, La Rambla by Catalunya promises a perfect evening at home with a takeaway menu of delectable Spanish fare. The Valentine’s Day menu includes a decadent feast of aphrodisiac Tsarskaya Oysters with lemon & mignonette, cold seafood platter, La Rambla Caviar with red prawn tartare, Baeri caviar, and salmon caviar, an array of grilled fresh seafood with hollandaise, green sauce, and pilpil sauce, Spanish Seabass a la Espalda with suquet sauce, “something sweet”, and an irresistible dessert of strawberry & rose Mille Feuille.
