• Craft & Spirit – A new food & beverage series with a stellar line-up of guest bartenders

Roganic Hong Kong by Simon Rogan is proud to host Craft & Spirit, a new food and beverage series that pairs creative libations by award-winning mixologists with modern British fare by Executive Chef Oli Marlow and Head Chef Ash Salmon. A campaign that showcases the marriage of seasonal Michelin-starred cuisine (“craft”) and exquisite cocktails (“spirit”), Craft & Spirit offers a delectable journey into the world of the city’s leading culinary artisans, and true masters of their crafts.

Craft & Spirit guest bartender series has already kicked off with John Nugent from The Diplomat (8th October), Arkadiuz Rybak from DarkSide (22nd October). Up next on 5th November is Jay Khan of Oaxaca-inspired cocktail bar COA, awarded the no.3 rank on this year’s list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020. Concluding the takeover series on 18th November is Agung Prabowo of the legendary The Old Man, which was crowned the best bar in Asia (no.1) in Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2019, and presently ranks second in the list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2020.

Each guest bartender will take over the Roganic bar for one night only, showcasing one non-alcoholic and two alcoholic cocktails that are available to order a la carte. Each cocktail will be priced at HK$120+10% and designed to perfectly complement the seasonal dishes and menu at Roganic. Guests dining in at Roganic during Craft & Spirit nights will only enjoy the restaurant’s signature Long Tasting Menu (priced at HK$1,100 + 10% including 1 signature cocktail from the Guest Bartender). Exclusive snacks will also be served on the nights, only at the Roganic Bar area, including Pig & Eel Croquettes (HK$60 for 2 pcs) and Truffle Pudding glazed in birch sap with Berkswell cheddar (HK$60 for 2 pcs).
