The Coffee Academïcs at Stanley Plaza – Every Sip of TCA Coffee is a Gift of Hope

Officially opened on 25th September at 2/F Stanley Plaza on No. 23 & 33 Carmel Road from 8am – 6pm daily, The Coffee Academïcs Stanley will be the only outlet to offer an exclusive blend of two extremely rare Yemen Coffee lots won at a recent auction, in addition to the popular menu of signature coffees, lattes and other refreshing beverages.

The Coffee Academïcs Stanley is proud to present this very limited blend to guests with love and dedication to the coffee farmers, Ahmed Al-Lahaba and Ahmed Al-Rumaim. The Blend consists of Lot No. CR-309 and Lot No. CR-369, with an impressive cupping range of 89.5 – 85 and 88.5-84 respectively. The blend is an interpretation of the taste of ancient coffee, featuring a taste note of dark chocolate, a testament to the age-old Yemen port of Mocha, of which the name of the popular chocolate coffee drink may be derived from.

At the highly Instagrammable Kaleidoscope mirror corner of The Coffee Academïcs Stanley, customers will see a myriad of reflections of themselves and the cup of coffee in their hands; a reminder that every sip of coffee at The Coffee Academïcs is a gift of hope and a window into a unique origin story.
