Castellana Hong Kong presents a new Castellana Garden Vegetarian Menu that celebrates the season’s finest and heartiest produce from Italy’s Piedmont region and, in light of adapting more sustainable sourcing practices, Japan. Many of the dishes showcase the traditional Piedmontese slow-cooking technique, which allows incredibly rich flavors to develop slowly and sumptuously over low heat. Low in carbohydrates and high in dietary fiber, vegetables give a natural boost to the immune system during this pandemic-stricken time.
Priced at HK$680+10% for 4-courses, HK$880+10% for 7-courses, and an additional HK$98 per gram of Périgord black truffle from France, Castellana Garden Seasonal Menu is now available for lunch between 12pm – 2:30pm and for dinner between 6pm – 9pm.
