Tiffany Blue Box Café at Tiffany & Co.’s Lee Gardens flagship celebrates Sundays with the first ever introduction of a new Guest Chef Series, inviting five acclaimed Hong Kong restaurants into its kitchen for a succession of special Sunday dining experiences from November 2026 to May 2027.
Beginning with Roganic Hong Kong on 29 November, the series will continue with Ninetta on 24 January, Lobster Bar and Grill on 7 March, 22 Ships on 11 April and Sushi Fujimoto on 23 May. Each edition will bring a different culinary perspective to Tiffany Blue Box Café, moving from contemporary British cooking and Italian trattoria favourites to classic brasserie fare, Spanish cuisine and traditional Edomae sushi.
For each collaboration, the visiting chef will create three special dishes exclusively for the occasion: one starter, one main course and one dessert, bringing the restaurant’s own influences and style into the setting of Tiffany Blue Box Café. Priced at HK$888 + 10% per guest, the special dishes will be available for four consecutive Sundays only.
The series builds on Tiffany Blue Box Café’s growing culinary programme under the direction of Chef Consultant Agustin Balbi, creating an opportunity for guests to experience some of Hong Kong’s most recognised restaurants in an entirely different setting. Each collaboration will see Chef Agustin and the Blue Box Café team work alongside the visiting chef, allowing the identity of the guest restaurant to come through while creating memorable Sunday Brunch dishes specifically for Tiffany Blue Box Café.
ROGANIC HONG KONG – 29 NOVEMBER 2026
The series opens with Roganic Hong Kong, Simon Rogan’s one-MICHELIN-star and MICHELIN Green Star restaurant in Causeway Bay. First opened in Hong Kong in 2019, Roganic quickly established itself for a contemporary approach to British cooking shaped by local sourcing and sustainability, receiving its first MICHELIN Star just ten months after opening and a MICHELIN Green Star in 2021. Following its move to Lee Garden One in December 2024, the restaurant continues under Head Chef Adam Catterall and Senior Sous Chef Mark Catchpole. For the first edition of Tiffany Blue Box Café’s Guest Chef Series, the Roganic team will translate its approach into three dishes created especially for the occasion.
NINETTA – 24 JANUARY 2027
January welcomes Ninetta, the contemporary Italian trattoria in Central co-founded by Antimo Merone, Graziano De Gregorio and JIA Group, and led by Co-Founder and Head Chef Marco Xodo.
Inspired by the Italian tradition of gathering around the table, Ninetta takes its name from a beloved Italian matriarch and celebrates the conviviality of Italian dining through handmade pasta, regional favourites and generous family-style cooking. For its collaboration with Tiffany Blue Box Café, Chef Marco will bring Ninetta’s warm, approachable style of Italian cooking to a specially created starter, main course and dessert.
LOBSTER BAR AND GRILL – 7 MARCH 2027
On 7 March, Lobster Bar and Grill at Island Shangri-La joins the series under the direction of Chef Cary Docherty. Known for its take on the classic brasserie, Lobster Bar and Grill combines familiar favourites with polished technique and contemporary touches in one of Hong Kong’s longstanding hotel dining destinations. Originally from Richmond, Canada, Docherty trained in New York before moving to London, where his career included working with Gordon Ramsay, Clare Smyth and Jason Atherton. He later became Executive Chef at Salisterra at The Upper House before returning to Island Shangri-La to lead Lobster Bar and Grill into its next chapter.
For Tiffany Blue Box Café, Docherty will reinterpret his brasserie-driven cooking through three dishes created specifically for the collaboration.
22 SHIPS – 11 APRIL 2027
22 Ships takes over the kitchen on 11 April, bringing the flavours and energy of Spain to Tiffany Blue Box Café. Originally opened on Wan Chai’s Ship Street in 2012, the restaurant relocated to PMQ in SoHo in 2024 after 12 years in its original neighbourhood.
Led by Madrid-born Chef Antonio Oviedo, 22 Ships explores Spanish cooking across regions through a combination of traditional recipes and modern interpretations. Oviedo will bring this approach to the Guest Chef Series with a three-course menu drawing on the flavours and convivial spirit that have defined 22 Ships since its opening.
SUSHI FUJIMOTO – 23 MAY 2027
Closing the inaugural series on 23 May is Sushi Fujimoto, led by Chef Kenichi Fujimoto. Following a decade of training under sushi chefs Shinji Kanesaka and Takashi Saito, Fujimoto opened his intimate Hong Kong restaurant with a focus on traditional Edomae sushi and seafood sourced from Japan.
Located within FOCO in Central, Sushi Fujimoto comprises a nine-seat sushi counter and a private dining room for six guests. Fujimoto’s cooking places particular emphasis on classical Edomae techniques, precise preparation and ingredients selected according to the Japanese seasons. For the final collaboration of the series, Chef Fujimoto will step outside the traditional omakase format to create three dishes for Tiffany Blue Box Café.
A NEW SUNDAY SERIES AT TIFFANY BLUE BOX CAFÉ
The Guest Chef Series marks the latest addition to Tiffany Blue Box Café’s evolving dining programme following the introduction of its first Sunday Brunch in August 2026. The café’s regular menu is overseen by Chef Consultant Agustin Balbi together with Head Chef Omar Agostini, spanning breakfast, afternoon tea and contemporary all-day dining within Tiffany & Co.’s signature Tiffany Blue® surroundings.
Across five Sundays, the new series brings together restaurants with markedly different culinary identities, giving each guest chef the same three-course format through which to create something specifically for Tiffany Blue Box Café.
