Joining Chef Allen Suh at his two MICHELIN-starred Restaurant Allen for one night only, Chef Mantovani will bring the culinary universe of Anne-Sophie Pic together with Chef Suh’s contemporary French technique and Le Goût du Terroir philosophy for an exclusive, specially created multi-course menu.
