Following an enthusiastic response since its debut on 1 July, MARROW, Chef Chris Ma’s contemporary meat-led restaurant concept at Lee Tung Avenue, has extended its run until 31 October 2026, introducing a selection of new dishes for its final month.
Inspired by classic grill restaurants, MARROW puts a modern spin on meat-focused dining, celebrating premium ingredients, lesser-known cuts, open-fire cooking and bold flavour combinations. Designed around sharing and communal dining, the limited-time concept offers a fresh take on the traditional steakhouse experience.
