To celebrate their upcoming 3rd anniversaries this November, Taipei’s FUMÉE and Hong Kong’s MICHELIN-recommended LEELA are teaming up for a cross-border joint venture titled “ACROSS THE FIRE”. The multi-city event kicks off its first stop in Taipei before heading to Hong Kong in November.
For the Taipei leg, Chef Manav Tuli of LEELA brings his team to join FUMÉE’s Chef Shun at the charcoal grill. This exclusive event blends the food cultures of India, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, featuring dynamic charcoal cooking that elevates Yakitori alongside vibrant Indian spices, tandoor techniques, and tangy seasoning. Beyond FUMÉE’s signature chicken dishes, guests will experience rarely served cuts of pork, lamb chops, and grilled seafood infused with complex aromatic layers.
With only 20 seats available per session, advance reservations are required to experience this fiery fusion of flavours.
