• Ho Lee Fook welcomes Shenzhen’s award winning Gem Garden for a one-night Cantonese-Chaoshan collaboration

Ho Lee Fook welcomes Shenzhen’s MICHELIN-selected Gem Garden for an exclusive one-night collaboration on 8 October, bringing together Executive Chef ArChan Chan and Gem Garden’s Executive Chef Xu Zhenkun for a celebration of Cantonese and Chaoshan cuisine. The dinner marks Ho Lee Fook’s first collaboration with a guest restaurant from Mainland China and Gem Garden’s Hong Kong debut. Founded in 2020, Gem Garden holds a Black Pearl One Diamond rating and is celebrated for its contemporary interpretation of traditional Chaozhou cooking.

The specially curated menu brings together signature dishes and regional specialities from both restaurants, including Marinated Foie Gras and Chenghai Goose in Chaoshan Brine, Chiu Chow-Style Marinated Raw Crab, Ho Lee Fook’s charcoal-grilled Kurobuta Pork Char Siu with aged preserved daikon, and Threadfin in Seafood Broth with Shantou Preserved Mustard Greens and Silver Needle Noodles, finished tableside. The evening concludes with Taro Trio for dessert.
