Ho Lee Fook gives its monthly Good Fortune Club a new spin, pairing unlimited dim sum by Executive Chef ArChan Chan with one bottle of Chinese wine or Champagne per guest. Taking place on the first Sunday of every month, the experience is priced at HK$988 + 10%.
The unlimited menu features favourites including Har Har Har Gow, Pork, Prawn & Quail Egg Siu Mai, Mala Pork Xiao Long Bao, Prawn Toast x Okonomiyaki, Chongqing Chicken Wings, Kurobuta Pork Char Siu and Pipa Goose, followed by Green Bean Ice Cream and Crispy Coffee & Salted Egg Yolk Lava Buns.
Guests can select a bottle from a rotating line-up of sparkling, white, rosé and red Chinese wines, drawing from Ho Lee Fook’s collection of 110 labels across Ningxia, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Shandong, Shanxi and Hebei. Reserve wine upgrades (+HK$388) and zero-proof sparkling tea are also available.
