Inspired by the marine universe and the biodiversity of the world’s oceans, Plaisance brings a contemporary seafood-focused dining experience shaped by the vision of Chef Mauro Colagreco, whose flagship restaurant Mirazur holds three MICHELIN stars.
Leading the collaboration alongside Chef Cary Docherty is Executive Chef Mitsuru Konishi, one of Hong Kong’s most respected Japanese chefs, whose impressive career includes helming MICHELIN-starred kitchens such as Wagyu Takumi and Zest by Konishi. Together, the chefs will present a special Sunday Roast experience combining refined seafood craftsmanship with exceptional seasonal ingredients.
