• Chef Alyn Williams refreshes the restaurant’s core favourites while introducing new dishes, a weekday lunch menu, and a weekend afternoon tea

    A MENU SHAPED BY TRADITION, REWORKED WITH DETAIL

    Celebrating the essence of a British summer, the new seasonal menu showcases vibrant dishes rooted in British produce and European influences.

    Highlights include the signature Double-Baked Lincolnshire Poacher Soufflé, Lobster Tart, Acorn-Fed Ham Toasted Crumpet, Shrimp Bisque, Steamed Seabass with basil and caviar velouté, and a plant-based dish of Seasonal Asparagus and Japanese Leafy Turnip with pearl barley.

    Heartier mains include Dingley Dell Pluma, Woodland Deer Venison Loin and Baked Potato Gnocchi, while desserts feature Crème Brûlée, Cherry Bakewell Tart and returning favourites such as Sticky Toffee Pudding and Arctic Roll.

    Magistracy Dining Room introduces a new Midday Menu, available Thursday to Saturday, offering a lighter daytime dining experience with two- or three-course options. Highlights include Magistracy Spring Salad, Prawn Bisque, Coronation Chicken on Toasted Crumpet, Three Yellow Chicken Pie, Beer Batter Halibut, Slow-Cooked Pork Jowl and Sticky Toffee Pudding. The menu is priced at HK$428 for two courses and HK$488 for three courses, plus 10% service charge.

    Afternoon Tea is available every Friday and Saturday from 1pm, featuring British-inspired savouries, freshly baked scones, tea-infused pastries and a curated tea selection, with the option to add English sparkling wine. Afternoon Tea is priced at HK$468 + 10% for one or HK$788 + 10% for two.
