Tiffany & Co. is pleased to announce the opening of its newest Blue Box Café at the House’s newly unveiled store at Lee Gardens in the vibrant Causeway Bay area of Hong Kong. Now officially open and welcoming guests daily from 11 am to 9 pm, the Blue Box Café offers an elevated dining experience.
Located on the first floor of the store, the café offers breakfast and afternoon tea, it also continues with a versatile all-day dining selection developed under the culinary direction of Chef Agustin Balbi of one-Michelin-starred Andō. Chef Agustin Balbi’s vision for the Blue Box Café seamlessly aligns with Tiffany & Co.’s commitment to elegance and modernity.
Guests can enjoy Breakfast at Tiffany’s (HK$328 + 10%), a refined morning experience featuring pastries, seasonal fruit, Greek yogurt, and a choice of avocado toast with Japanese egg and Ibérico ham or poached eggs with smoked salmon, with optional Baerii caviar.
The iconic Tiffany Afternoon Tea (HK$358 + 10%) offers an elegant selection of savoury bites, signature sweets and freshly baked scones inspired by the House’s timeless sophistication.
The all-day à la carte menu, created by Chef Agustin Balbi, showcases ingredient-driven dishes with international influences and local touches. Highlights include Hokkaido scallop carpaccio, tuna tartare, homemade tagliolini, slow-cooked Label Rouge chicken, Argentinian Angus beef tenderloin, the Tiffany & Co. Burger, Spanish red prawn rice for two and the signature Tiffany Blue® Cake.
