The Nawabi Brunch (HK$598 + 10%) introduces a new Sunday ritual at Tai Kwun, set within Joyce Wang Studios’ dramatic interiors, where royal Indian flavours meet a more contemporary expression.
The experience begins with a choice of welcome drink – Rose & Saffron Sherbet or a Masala Chai Bellini, before moving into shared starters such as Sheermal Kakori lamb kebabs, Chena Kebab with mango chutney, and Royale Daulat Ki Chaat.
Mains showcase regional Indian dishes including Coastal Egg Curry, Bengali-style Macher Jhaal, and Murgh Mussallam (+HK$228), a roast chicken centrepiece ideal for sharing, accompanied by saffron pulao, kachori, parotta and naan.
Desserts are served to share, from Gulab Jamun to a Besan Halwa soft serve, followed by cardamom coffee or Darjeeling tea. A two-hour free-flow package (HK$488 + 10%) is available with Champagne, wines, gin & tonic and beer.
