This February, MICHELIN-recommended Magistracy Dining Room by Chef Alyn Williams introduces The Magistracy Beef Supper, a three-course evening menu celebrating the heritage and flavour of British beef. Available on Mondays and Tuesdays until the end of March, the supper highlights carefully sourced produce and classic British cooking within the grand setting of the former Central Magistracy.
The menu begins with sharing small plates, followed by starters including beef tea consommé and Chef Alyn’s family salad. British beef takes centre stage in the main course with slow-cooked and grilled Cumbrian Galloway striploin, served alongside short rib cobbler and confit potatoes. A classic lemon posset provides a bright, elegant finish.
Priced at HK$748 + 10% per guest, the Beef Supper offers a value-led way to enjoy refined British cuisine, with curated wines available by the glass to complement the experience. Available exclusively on Mondays and Tuesdays until 31 March 2026.
