• Gaggenau Culinary Artisans Class x Yong Fu Hong Kong on 12th January, 2026

Kitchen Infinity’s Gaggenau, the leading German luxury brand for professional-grade home appliances since 1683, has joined forces with the city’s top chefs from only MICHELIN-starred restaurants to launch the fourth edition of its Culinary Artisan Series: “Crafting A Legacy Of Culinary Excellence”. Together, they will lead a series of exclusive cooking masterclasses at the exclusive KI CLUB, a newly opened private chamber, featuring a secret garden, Causeway Bay.

Embracing the theme of Farm-to-Table, the KI CLUB Secret Garden is a vibrant urban sanctuary that nurtures a diverse array of plants and herbs – a privilege reserved for KI CLUB artisans. The experience begins with a hands-on session where guests can harvest organic edible flowers and heirloom plants from the bountiful garden, an act that pays tribute to nature’s purity. Each talented chef will then showcase their expertise in an exclusive masterclass by transforming freshly picked herbs, heirloom vegetables, and delicate edible blooms into dishes that celebrate the abundance of nature.

Guests will be instructed to the masterful creation of two delectable dishes by each chef, along with an educational culinary journey that explores themes such as “The Art of Edible Flowers”, “Precision Techniques”, and “Seasonal Menus”. Soil, skill, and steel converge to honour nature’s transient beauty and humanity’s enduring craft.
