MICHELIN recommended Trattoria Felino joins forces with Prince and the Peacock for an exclusive two-night-only collaboration that brings together the warmth of Italian trattoria cooking and the vibrance of royal Indian cuisine.
Taking place on 28 and 29 January, dinner only, both evenings will be hosted at Prince and the Peacock at Tai Kwun, offering diners a one-off, fully collaborative menu created by the two culinary teams. This special collaboration celebrates the shared soul of Italian and Indian cuisines, both rooted in tradition, spice and storytelling, reimagined through the lens of two chefs known for honouring heritage while embracing creativity.

The ever-buzzing Trattoria Felino in Ship Street, Wan Chai is led by co-founder and Chef Marcello Scognamiglio, whose cooking reflects his global culinary journey while remaining deeply anchored in Neapolitan and Mediterranean traditions. Known for its convivial atmosphere and ingredient-driven dishes, Trattoria Felino brings southern Italian flavours to Hong Kong through handmade pastas, comforting classics and recipes inspired by family heritage.
Prince and the Peacock, located within Tai Kwun’s historic Central Magistracy, is helmed by Chef Palash Mitra, whose celebrated career includes leading MICHELIN-starred New Punjab Club. THE PRINCE AND THE PEACOCK X TRATTORIA FELINO COLLABORATIVE MENU
This fully collaborative menu with a total 11 dishes, priced at HK$1,080+10% per person, brings together Italian comfort and the vibrancy of Indian cuisine in a seamless dialogue. It moves from playful four small bites blending the best of Italian and Indian cuisine such as Golgappa stuffed with provola cheese, pesto and tomato ragu to a soup course of Minestra of Legumes, warming legumes to bold, spice-led signatures such as Meatballs Kashmiri Kofta with homemade poppyseed focaccia, Tandoori Lobster Tortellini with Makhni Sauce and Chicken Leg Biryani, before finishing with a fragrant Chai Tea Panna Cotta with jalebi and rabdi.
