• Andrew Ho and Mark Lloyd take over the bar for an evening of Cantonese flavours by Cheffe ArChan Chan and team with cocktail innovations on 6th October

On Monday, 6 October, Ho Lee Fook will host a one-of-a-kind collaboration as part of the 50 Best Signature Sessions by The World’s 50 Best Bars in Hong Kong. The evening unites Executive Chef ArChan Chan, Andrew Ho of Guangzhou’s Hope & Sesame (No. 7, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025), and Mark Lloyd, Head Mixologist of Wing Lei Bar, for an immersive celebration of Cantonese cuisine and innovative cocktails. Guests will enjoy a six-course menu paired with bespoke drinks such as Chef ArChan’s Drunken Pigeon with Abalone and Plum alongside Lloyd’s smoky Sanders On A Session, or Steamed Barramundi with Fermented Chilli matched with his aromatic Taipa Calling. From Hope & Sesame, Andrew Ho pairs his floral Canto Bamboo with charcoal-grilled MB2 Beef Char Siu, and his bold Chifa Sour with Sweet & Sour Kurobuta Pork and crispy tea leaves.

“Cocktails bring nuance, contrast, and harmony in ways that surprise even me in the kitchen,” says Chef ArChan Chan.

The night continues with a late-night gathering from 10pm, a convivial standing session featuring three cocktails, chef’s snacks, and a live Canto DJ, priced at HKD388 per guest. Limited to just 40 tickets, it promises a vibrant close to an unforgettable evening.
