Sick! Burger Menu Highlights at BaseHall 01
Sick! Burger, the cult-favourite from Ma On Shan and Causeway Bay, has joined BaseHall 01 on 7 July. Founded by Chef Chunwai Lai—an HSBC “Red Hot Chef” finalist with MICHELIN-starred experience—the brand is known for bold, personality-packed burgers made with house sauces, premium toppings, and playful twists on tradition. The menu spans juicy beef, seafood, and vegetarian burgers, customizable with toppings like bacon, mushrooms, and jalapeños (HK$8 each) or premium add-ons like eggs or pineapple (HK$12). Combos include snacks such as Bacon Cheesy Fries (HK$58), Curry Chicken Wings (HK$42), and Fish & Chips (HK$78/148), paired with nostalgic drinks like HK Milk Tea (HK$35), Kaffir Lemonade (HK$32), or indulgent Sick! Shakes (HK$65). End on a sweet note with the boozy Sick! Rum Toast (HK$58).
Snack Baby Pop-Up at BaseHall 02
From 15 July to 13 September 2025, Snack Baby brings its conscious, playful gelato to BaseHall 02. Founded by JC Lombard and developed with gelato expert Bas van Haaren, the pop-up serves lactose-free, animal-free, and nut-based flavours without compromising indulgence. Highlights include the BaseHall-exclusive “Strawberry Moon” sorbet, with flavours rotating every two weeks. HK$68 per cup (up to 3 flavours), available 12:00–3:00 PM daily.
