From 27–28 August, one MICHELIN-starred Ando will travel to Jakarta for a two-night collaboration with AUGUST (#49 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025). Chef Agustin Balbi of Ando will join Chef Hans and Chef Budi in creating an exclusive menu that bridges Japanese tradition, Spanish heritage, and the vibrant spice culture of Indonesia.
