Lala x Marmo returns for the 2nd leg of the collaboration on 27th August at Lala

This summer, two of Hong Kong’s most anticipated 2025 openings — MARMO Bistro at Rosewood Hong Kong by Chef Giovanni Galeota and LALA by Michelin-starred Chef Franckelie Laloum — unite for an exclusive two-night dining series. The chefs will co-create a seven-course sharing menu of entirely new dishes, blending French tradition with modern flair. Guests can expect seasonal ingredients, precise technique, and the convivial, soulful spirit that defines contemporary French dining.

The collaboration takes place on 27 August at LALA, each for one night only, priced at HK$988 + 10% per guest. From refined entrées like Oeuf Mimosa and Langoustine Cocktail to the showstopping Turbot Rôti and a nostalgic Pêche Melba, the menu offers a celebration of French bistronomy designed for sharing.
