For the first time ever, Prince and the Peacock opens its doors for lunch to mark Father’s Day with a sumptuous, spice-driven menu. Nestled on the floor above the Magistracy Dining Room, the restaurant is a tribute to the princely states and colonial clubs of South Asia.
The multicourse Father’s Day menu includes Ghughni Chaat (a tangy chickpea snack with green mango and tamarind), Patti Samosa (crisp pastry filled with spiced chicken), Chapli Kebab (a house-spiced lamb patty), and Tawa Jhinga (tiger prawns sautéed with Kandhari chillies and shallots).
Mains include Butter Chicken (stuffed chicken leg in a coconut-poppy seed sauce) and Wagyu Vindaloo (tandoori wagyu short ribs braised in cashew vinegar and garlic), served with Butter Naan and Steamed Basmati Rice.
