This exclusive dining experience will take place across three Sundays from June to December – 1st June, 7th September and 7th December 2025 – where acclaimed chefs Alyn Williams and Palash Mitra come together to craft an unforgettable roast steeped in British tradition with vibrant Indian flair, flavours and influences.

In addition to the all-new collaborative creations, the menu includes indulgent starters such as crudités with avocado dip and Magistracy Dining Room’s endive & stilton salad with crystal pears and candied walnuts. The chefs’ roasts feature a sumptuous slow-cooked rib of beef served with horseradish cream, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and seasonal sides. For mains, guests can choose from a double-baked Lincolnshire Poacher Soufflé with creamy leek sauce or roasted salmon with blood orange butter sauce. For added opulence, optional oyster and caviar selections are also available.
The Royal Sunday Roast is priced at HK$688 + 10% service charge per guest. To complete the experience, a two-hour free-flow beverage package featuring Pimm’s Cups, Champagne, wines, gin and tonics and more is available for an additional HK$388 per guest.
