“I am once again delighted to be working closely with my Chinese brother, Chef Liu on this event once again. I have learnt so much from Chef Liu in the past event which has also inspired me to explore new ingredients and techniques for our dishes at Leela. It’s crazy to be completely overhauling the collaboration menu from Round 1 but no pain, no gain and we hope all our guests will be just as excited as we are.” says Chef Manav Tuli of LEELA.
