With a decorated career highlighted by accomplishments like earning One MICHELIN Star at CHAAT in Rosewood Hong Kong, Chef Manav Tuli’s new Dubai venture pays tribute to India’s culinary roots, reflecting his deep connection to the cuisine and personal dining experiences. The Bombay Club has welcomed Head Chef Kumaran Balaji, an esteemed culinary professional with 17 years of expertise, including roles at esteemed establishments like Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India and Black Sheep Restaurants in Hong Kong, fortifying a vision of offering a distinctive dining journey inspired by India’s rich heritage.
