    Following the reveal of the seventeenth edition of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau at Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau today, The Forks & Spoons takes great pride in presenting 17 restaurants from its esteemed clientele that were honoured with awards and recommendations. In the 2025 MICHELIN Guide selection, the following newly added restaurants by The Forks & Spoons have been awarded with a total of 13 MICHELIN stars, 2 MICHELIN Green Stars, 5 MICHELIN-recommended restaurants + Best Sommelier Award to ANDO’s Carlito Chiu.

     

    Newly Awarded One MICHELIN Starred:

    • Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa – Overseas venture by Master Chef Masaaki Miyakawa featuring traditional Edomae-style sushi at Raffles Galaxy Macau™ under Executive Chef Hironori Satake.

    Retained MICHELIN Star(s) and MICHELIN Green Star in 2025:

    • Andō – Led by Chef Agustin Balbi, known for Spanish x Japanese cuisine and innovative tasting menus. Recognition for Wine Director Carlito Chiu’s exceptional pairings.
