On 9th February, they will join hands together with The Bombay Canteen from Mumbai, ranked #59 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars, together with one MICHELIN-starred and one DIAMOND-recognised Indian restaurant CHAAT from Rosewood Hong Kong. Expect an unforgettable evening filled with vibrant Indian flavors, funky tunes, and great company.
On the night, CHAAT will showcase a total of 4 delectable Indian x Italian dishes including Palak Paneer Baked Cannelloni, Lamb Keema Arancini with spiced tomato chutney, Pakora Fried Calamari with mint chutney & a special Butter Chicken Pizza.
