    EXCLUSIVE YONG FU HONG KONG X LEELA COLLABORATION MENU

    The Yong Fu Hong Kong x Leela menu will showcase all new and exclusive dishes, with both restaurants heavily involved in the creation process of each course since the first discussion from February 2024. Uniting bold Indian flavours with delicate Ningbo tastes, starters include Yellow Bean Pig’s Trotter Jelly; Sliced Chinese Conch with Chettinadu Sauce; Crispy Indian Baked Samosa of mashed eggplants and century eggs and more.

    Moving on to the hot dishes, diners can savour unique delights like Ningbo-style Spring Roll with eel, Chinese style Braised yellow curry cuttlefish, and potato; and Indian Dosa with Lobster and Hairy Crab Roe and Meat showcasing the freshness of Chinese Hairy Crabs during the peak crab season infused with a blend of spices by Yong Fu and Leela.

    The main course will present dishes like Yellow Croaker Nilgiri Korma with fermented Bean Curd; Mapo Tofu Biryani Ricewith beef tendon and beef bone marrow served with Chinese Mustard Greens; leading up to a delectable dessert of Yong Fu Hong Kong’s signature Ningbo-style Glutinous Rice Dumplings in masala chai.
