LOUISE, the one MICHELIN-starred restaurant offering heart-warming French cuisine, continue its restaurant revamp following the new menu launches at La Terrace by Louise and main dining room with a new and exciting Weekend Lunch experience, available exclusively on Saturdays and Sundays.
Rooted in nostalgia and familial love, Louise reimagines traditional dishes that Chef Julien Royer was raised on, utilizing ingredients personally sourced from generational farmers and producers to bridge the gap between high-end fine dining and an accessible, everyday way of eating. Guests can now enjoy a carefully curated four-course weekend lunch menu alongside a refreshing drinks package, making it the perfect setting for leisurely weekend gatherings with friends and family.
Now serving on both floors of Louise’s heritage-listed house set within the lush gardens of PMQ, the new weekend lunch menu at Louise presents a blend of creativity and sophistication, crafted by Executive Chef Loïc Portalier. Exclusive weekend lunch offerings include sharing starters such as the Classic Foie Gras Terrine, delicately served with a rich Port wine jelly and toasted brioche; and the Hokkaido Scallop, artfully garnished with vibrant citrus, fresh basil, and a hint of sansho pepper.
For the middle course, guests can indulge in individual plates of dishes such as Avocado Toast, featuring creamy egg yolk, smoked eel, and a touch of horseradish. Alternatively, the Eggs Benedict Tart provides a delightful choice, boasting a delicate croissant dough base topped with silky Hollandaise sauce and baby spinach, with the option to add 10 grams of caviar for an additional +HK$258. The Langoustine Ravioli showcases handmade ravioli served in a rich lobster bisque, accompanied by preserved girolles and grilled pumpkin.
Guests will be treated to a family-style main course, with exclusive options such as Line-Caught Fish, a seasonal catch prepared with meuniere sauce and cabbage, or the Grilled Lobster, available for a minimum of two guests, with a supplemental charge of HK$198 per person. This dish highlights a succulent lobster paired with basil aioli, spices, lobster jus, and seasonal vegetables, making for a perfect sharing experience.
To round off the decadent weekend lunch feast with Sweet Memories, guests can enjoy a new sharing dessert of Île Flottante, a light almond meringue floating on a delicate crème anglaise and accompanied by pistachio, hazelnut, and vanilla ice cream for a sweet and elegant finish.
