EMMER introduces its exclusive “Panozzi” at BaseHall 01, featuring the first-ever panozzi in Hong Kong, perfect for a delicious lunch on the go. These hot sandwiches, similar to a stuffed ciabatta and a popular street food in Calabria, are crafted using EMMER’s signature pizza dough, which is freshly baked in a pizza oven “a la minute” for optimal flavor and texture. The panozzi menu includes four enticing options (with prices ranging from HK$62-68): the Meatball Panozzo, with beef meatballs, marinara sauce, and mozzarella; the Zucchini Parmigiana Panozzo (vegetarian), featuring breaded fried zucchini, tomato sauce, mozzarella, and Parmigiano; the Spicy Pepperoni Panozzo, combining pepperoni, spicy marinara, kalamata olives, mozzarella, and Sicilian oregano; and the Italian Fried Chicken Panozzo, made with Italian secret spice fried chicken, pepperoni, marinara, mozzarella, Parmigiano, and fresh basil.
ARTISANAL PIZZA, PANINI AND SALADS BY EMMER
EMMER’s pizzas are renowned for their beautifully artisan texture—crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, filled with yeasty air bubbles, and packed with flavor from creamy mozzarella, fruity tomatoes, salty cured meats, and zesty basil, all resting on a subtly charred underside. Guests can savor a classic Margherita (HK$108) (v) topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil; a vegan Marinara (HK$118) with cherry tomatoes, capers, and black olives; and the Dolce Diavola (HK$168) featuring artisan-made pepperoni, spicy tomato sauce, and honey, among other options.
For those seeking savory panini, EMMER offers options like the Mortadella (HK$68) with chili garlic mustard and artichoke salsa fresca; the Truffled Mushroom Melt (HK$62) with roasted mushrooms, three types of cheese, and truffle honey; and the New York Smoked Salmon (HK$ 68) with a veggie cream cheese spread. To round out the experience, EMMER also features fresh salads, including a Romaine Caesar with Chicken ($111); a House Green Leaves with Salmon ($79); and a Salmon Salad ($119), ensuring a diverse culinary experience for all visitors.
