The concept behind ESTRO-INSPIRATION is to have each chef select four dishes from each other’s repertoire, using them as a springboard for crafting their unique and innovative interpretations. Guests will be presented with a visual reference, either through a picture or a card of the original dish, before savoring the reimagined creation by the respective chef. Official menu will be disclosed at a later date so please stay tuned via Estro’s social media platforms.
The exclusive ESTRO-INSPIRATION menu, priced at HK$2,480 + 10% per guest, will feature standout signature dishes from Estro reinterpreted by Chef Son and signature dishes from Eatanic Garden reinterpreted by Chef Antimo. This collaborative event promises to be a unique gastronomic experience that embodies creativity, friendship, and culinary excellence. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness Chefs Antimo Maria Merone and Son Jong-Won in action as they push the boundaries of traditional fine dining to create an extraordinary dining experience.

Introducing One MICHELIN-starred Eatanic Garden from Seoul, Korea
Eatanic Garden (One MICHELIN Star, #68 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023), a Seoul restaurant cleverly named to play on the homophony between “botanic garden” and “eatanic garden” in Korean pronunciation, presents a sky-high oasis with a focus on awakening the senses through its beautiful urban garden setting. Chef Son Jong-Won takes diners on a culinary journey that reinvents Korean cuisine through a creative lens, emphasizing fermentation and ageing techniques. Straying from traditional menus, the restaurant offers guests illustrated guides highlighting key ingredients in their dishes. The dining experience, especially designed for couples, offers stunning cityscape views while serving inventive dishes like Hanwoo beef variations paired with fermented cauliflower and artfully crafted winter vegetables.
