In conjunction with the upcoming Asia’s 50 Best Bar Awards ceremony in Hong Kong, Louise will host a special bar guest-shift featuring Neon Pigeon (50 Best Discovery) from Singapore and Bar Trench (#25 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2022) from Tokyo, at its recently revamped and renovated ground floor terrace, La Terrace by Louise on the evening of 14th July.
The event will feature renowned bartenders, Mario La Pietra from Neon Pigeon and Rogerio Vaz from Bar Trench, along with a set by DJ SHYNE to turn up the festivities. Immersed in an atmosphere blending the vibrant bar cultures of Singapore, Tokyo, and Hong Kong, guests can indulge in eight special libations crafted by these mixologists, complemented by a selection of exquisite new snack offerings by Executive Chef Loïc Portalier.

Drinks are paired with new French bites such as Mimolette “Arancini” (HK$68),
Croque Monsieur (HK$148) with St. Nectaire cheese and black truffle, Shrimp Toast (HK$98/2) topped with pike caviar and lemon, and Fried Chicken (HK$128) with lemon mayonnaise, among other tasty delights that are all newly launched as part of the revamp of La Terrace by Louise.
