“ESTRO-INSPIRATION”: Estro x Eatanic Garden on 30-31 July
The concept behind ESTRO-INSPIRATION is to have each chef select four dishes from each other’s repertoire, using them as a springboard for crafting their unique and innovative interpretations. Guests will be presented with a visual reference, either through a picture or a card of the original dish, before savoring the reimagined creation by the respective chef. The exclusive ESTRO-INSPIRATION menu, priced at HK$2,480 + 10% per guest, will feature standout signature dishes from Estro reinterpreted by Chef Son. Eatanic Garden (One MICHELIN Star, #68 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023), a Seoul restaurant cleverly named to play on the homophony between “botanic garden” and “eatanic garden” in Korean pronunciation, presents a sky-high oasis with a focus on awakening the senses through its beautiful urban garden setting. Chef Son Jong-Won takes diners on a culinary journey that reinvents Korean cuisine through a creative lens, emphasizing fermentation and ageing techniques.
