    The expertise of Carlito Chiu from Andō, Yulia Ezhikova from Cristal Room by Anne-Sophie Pic, and Cherish Ho from Auor shines brightly as they represent the Best Sommelier category, showcasing their profound knowledge and passion for the world of wines. Ando’s Director of Wines, Carlito Chiu has been crowned the winner of this category.

    Benjamin Lee from The Baker & The Bottleman and Fabio Bardi from Estro are celebrated nominees in the Best Pastry Chef category, enchanting guests with their delectable desserts and creative pastry creations that elevate the dining experience. Chef Fabio Bardi of Estro is the proud winner of this category.

    The Merchants at Forty-Five in Gloucester Tower, a vibrant Shanghainese restaurant addition to the culinary scene, joins other contenders such as Feuille and Sep as a nominee in the Best New Restaurant category, showcasing innovative concepts and dishes that promise to leave a lasting impression on diners.

    Gerald Li of leading Nations, Yenn Wong of JIA Group, and Syed Asim Hussain of Blacksheep Restaurants, represented by The Forks & Spoons, are acknowledged as nominees for Restaurateur of the Year, recognising their commitment to excellence in hospitality and their significant contributions to Hong Kong’s dining landscape. This year, Black Sheep Restaurant’s Syed Asim Hussain was awarded the distinguished title.

    Antimo Maria Merone of Estro and Archan Chan of Ho Lee Fook are recognised as nominees for Chef of the Year, a coveted award that embodies culinary mastery, creativity, and a relentless pursuit of gastronomic excellence in unique culinary creations.
