Roganic Hong Kong, the pioneering MICHELIN starred and MICHELIN Green-starred establishment by Simon Rogan renowned for its innovative approach to modern European cuisine, is proud to announce an exciting collaboration with Chef Kevin Wong of one MICHELIN starred and MICHELIN Green-starred Seroja restaurant from Singapore, taking place on 4th and 5th March, for two dinners only at HK$1,980 + 10% per guest. This second collaboration of the year is part of an exciting series of events to celebrate Roganic’s fifth anniversary celebrations and follows the event with Quintonil (ranked #9 in World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023) from Mexico that will take place on 23rd – 24th February. Seroja, meaning “lotus flower” in Malay, is known to celebrate the rich and diverse culture of the Malay Archipelago. The restaurant celebrates unique regional influences and culinary traditions, and overall flavours that are rooted in the Malay Archipelago.
